Inper Acute 300 Small Animal Stereotaxic Instrument

Three-axis adjustment and digital readout with fixation, leveling and tool mounting.

Discuss your setup Positioning starts with every axis. Inper Acute 300 Small Animal Stereotaxic Instrument Three-axis movement, digital readout and head leveling form a small-animal stereotaxic platform. Acute 300 combines XYZ movement, a digital readout, a U-shaped frame, ear bars, a nose bar and a metal base. Select holders and accessories for the planned positioning, injection or implantation workflow. Movement, fixation and observation together. Supporting equipment is shown; supplied items follow the selected configuration. Travel for three-dimensional positioning. Move with handwheels or knobs and use the locking mechanisms. Independent axis adjustment Read relative displacement; display resolution and actual positioning outcomes are distinct. Digital readout X-axis travel Y-axis travel Z-axis travel These correspond to mediolateral, anteroposterior and dorsoventral movement. Check directions, locks and tool mounting before movement. Three axes Independent ML, AP and DV movement The frame supports head fixation with the ear and nose bars and provides adjustment for leveling. U-shaped frame Support for fixation and leveling The metal base supports the instrument; the animal platform supports body position and height. Platform and base Support equipment and subjects Meet the structures used in the procedure. From a reference zero to the target. Functional schematic: the relationship between leveling, reference zero and three-axis positioning. The manual defines ML, AP and DV as mediolateral, anteroposterior and dorsoventral movement. Establish the reference and directions before setting coordinate-based displacement. The readout connects to ML, AP and DV, displays coordinates, allows separate zeroing and switches between millimeters and inches. The brochure lists 0.001 mm display precision; this readout specification does not define the final positioning error. Read relative displacement directly. Level through dedicated adjustments. Structure annotations from the Acute 300 user manual. The U-shaped frame provides front/back, vertical and lateral adjustments. Dedicated knobs adjust and lock the sagittal plate. Review the controls in the manual before establishing the reference plane. The leveling indicator uses two probes and dials to show front/back and left/right height differences. The brochure lists 0.01 mm dial resolution. Follow the manual and study plan for probe positions and leveling. Make height differences visible. Leveling indicator from the manual; confirm it in the accessory configuration. Adjust fixation to the subject. Manual illustration of the nose bar and fixing knobs. Ear and nose bars work with the frame for head fixation. The nose bar provides position and clamping adjustment. For inhalational anesthesia, confirm the matching mask and adapter configuration. Insert the corresponding accessory into its matching mount and secure it. Wedge mounting When changing tools, review the mating part, insertion direction and locking state. Recheck the reference position as required by the actual setup and workflow. Match the holder to the electrode, cannula or fiber implant. Choose a holder for the task Record the reference, directions, tool and required coordinates. Keep positioning records Match the mount before changing tools. The small-animal platform supports the subject and allows body-height adjustment for its size. Review head fixation, body support and working space together. Body support is part of the setup. Observe front/back and left/right height differences and adjust the platform. Leveling Leveling indicator Confirm drill bits, mounting parts and working clearance for the selected tool. Drilling Optional skull drill The rack shows different accessories. Confirm holder dimensions and supplied items individually. Holding Choose a holder for the implant Configure accessories around the procedure. Acute 300 can be used with a syringe pump for small-volume injections. The stereotaxic platform sets position while the pump provides configured liquid delivery. Review mounting, travel and connections together. Combine positioning with liquid delivery. Review electrode dimensions, connectors and tool fixation. Electrodes Confirm holder dimensions, target coordinates and working space. Fibers and fiber implants Select a holder for the lens and base geometry. Lens bases Match the holder to the implantation task. Review the platform, movement, locks and accessory fixation. Assemble and check Establish fixation and the reference plane following the manual. Fix and level Set the reference, record zero and define target coordinates. Reference and position Select the tools for injection, drilling or implantation and check their mounts. Match tools and task Prepare the procedure in a clear sequence. This excerpt from the original Acute 300 demonstration shows XYZ adjustment, readout zeroing and U-shaped frame adjustment. It illustrates instrument operation; experimental settings follow the study plan. See the instrument being adjusted. Excerpt from the original demonstration; select play. Use a stable, level bench and inspect screws, guides and locks regularly. Keep cleaning liquids out of the movement mechanisms and readout. Arrange calibration and lubrication following the applicable manual and technical support guidance. Investigate binding movement or abnormal readings before continuing. Maintain smooth movement and keep records. Acute 330 syringe pump Confirm the pump-head and control configuration for small-volume delivery. Auto I300 automatic implanter Review holders and platform compatibility for motor-driven implantation. Inper Vista photometry Plan implant and connection requirements for later photometry.
